Our Services

Installation

Step One

Once you have made the decision to purchase a standby generator, we will schedule a time to install.

Step Two

The duration of the install will depend on the size and location of the generator. Generally, be prepared to be without power for a couple of hours during the installation process.

Step Three

Generator start-up! Once gas and electric are both hooked up, we can start your generator and review the process with you, explain generator exercise time, etc.

Our Services

Maintenance

Step One

Remember that a generator has a motor in it that will require maintenance just the same as a motor in your lawn mower, for example. We generally recommend a Preventative Maintenance annually that will include testing the battery, changing filters as necessary and replacing the oil and spark plugs.

Step Two

Batteries tend to die out at 5-7 years so we recommend changing those when it's close to the end of their life-cycle as well.

Step Three

While we are a Briggs & Stratton dealer, we provide maintenance and service on ALL generator brands including Gillette, Kohler, Generac, etc. Generators are a large investment and we would like your investment to work for you in every power outage, so we're here to help you maintain your generator throughout it's lifecycle.
